Re: Alfine 11 - Garantieverlust durch Ölwechsel ?

Kurz ein paar weitere Gedanken/Informationen. Auf der Shimano Website steht bspw., dass mein Garantieanspruch verfällt "[if] the Shimano Product [...] has been modified or repaired by a person other than an authorized Shimano dealer" (Quelle: https://bike.shimano.com/en-EU/information/warranty.html). Das ist aber ja nicht der Fall. Denn laut Manual/Betriebsanleitung ist ein Öl-Wechsel "Maintenance" und in keinem Fall eine Modifikation oder Reparatur. Aus meiner Sicht sollte ich Garantieanspruch haben.
