Me too. When do you want to go? Where do you want to go? How long? Which season(s)? A classic would be the ''road of bones'' and one would have to do that sonetime inbetween late fall and early spring...

PM me if you like,
Cheers!

Yep;

sounds interesting since i cycle from Berlin to Hanoi (Vietnam) crossing Serbia;
I start my trip end of this year. However, my expedition route starts here in Berlin, East Europe, Scandinavia, UK, FR, ES, PO, IT, coming back to Berlin and continuing in August-2009 with 2 team partners and a camp mobile;
it's not not only a bike expedsition but also a culture project

However, I think it's too late for you to start the trip to Serbia in Aug-2009 , isn't it?

Hi all,

The idea is to see Serbia and going to Balkan music festival in Guca, Serbia. I thought some possible routes.

Route 1. Arriving in Belgrade and make a circle on Serbia. (Problem: The tickets are expensive to Belgrade and there are no direct flights from Spain)

Route 2. Go Budapest with Clickair, down the Danube to Belgrade, then up and then go to Guca Dubronic in Croatia and catch a flight to click until NCB. (Problem: We need to go through Montenegro and seems quite mountainous)

Route 3. Budapest with Clickair, down the Danube to Belgrade, from there until Guca and then go to Budapest.

Dates

The festival begins on August 6 2008, and would undertake the journey in the last week of July (eg July 30)

Of course I'm open to ideas.

Greetings
