alps weather

hi there

just planing on a cross europe trip from ndl down over the alps to the med sea, through france germany belgium switserland italy (not necesarily in that order) just thinking about the gear we have and the temps that we may encounter in the alps, we are traveling then first 2 weeks of sept,

does anyone have any experience of what we can expect up there, (ive only been into the alps to ski jan-march an its cold then....)

i know it could be anything but any coments would be good
